Summary
What happens when research partners discover more than they bargained for?
Serena Sanders is determined to put her past behind her. She's done with football and most importantly, with football players. She's got her sights set on graduate school...and maybe her sexy professor can help her get there.
All her plans come crashing down as Talon "The Claw" Kelly stumbles into her class. The quarterback for SCU is cocky and more interested in Serena's assets than he is in working on their group project...until he finds out she's still got her v-card, that is.
Will Serena overcome her growing feelings for this unexpected ally? Will Talon outgrow his partyboy ways and get serious before graduation? If you love steamy love scenes, heart-warming characters and pulse-racing tension, rush into this sports romance today!

Welcome to Stone Creek University!
I received this book via a promo code and this is my voluntary review. It was short but has a good plot, audio narrated by the talented Crystal Crockett.
The connection between Talon and Serena felt authentic and it got steamy in all the right parts. I love the research partners on a project trope, it's one of my favorites, so studious Serena and quarterback for SCU cocky Talon being matched together was a tad cliche but I loved their connection. I loved the way the conflict with Serena's statistic idol, Professor Matt Jacobs, was handled.
I recommend this book, perfect for listening to on trips or long drives.

Gentleman for a quarterback?
I enjoyed this story, but battled a bit with the narrator in the beginning. I found her a bit flat and monotone, but as the story progressed, I got used to her. However I don't feel she added any great value to the enjoyment of the novel.
The story flows freely and the characters are real and relatable. The twists and turns keep you captivated until the last word.

Great quick listen
I received this book free for an honest review.
Heart warming story with great characters. Serena only cares about her education and is hoping to get into graduate school although she has a crush on her professor she’s not interested in relationships. She is paired up to work with Talon Kelly a typical jock who thinks all girls fall at his feet but Serena isn’t interested and that makes her an interest to him.
#storyorigin.
