Letting go of regret
Okay I had no idea just how much I was gonna enjoy this, but i absolutely loved it so much. The sub/dom relationship started in a way I didn’t expect but I loved how it progressed on and how the characters connected.
Mistress Miranda is definitely someone that can break even the toughest of people, in just the way they need and that’s exactly what she’s about to do to Grant.
Grant can’t let go of the past that haunts him, one he’ll never forget and one he’s been punishing himself for in multiple different ways. Though it seems after being broken, he’s about to enjoy it a whole lot more than it just being a punishment.
Can they progress a relationship from being near strangers to someone more, or will Mistress Miranda’s job and who she really is put boundaries between them.

Loved the narration of Robert Hatchet
Grant is a sub and he askes to help negotiated a catharsis scene. Grant was still struggling with a past trauma. The two work through scene. Afterwards Grant leaves, having achieved what he wanted. Knowing that Grant is being looked after, Miranda goes home. Some time later Grant appears on her doorstep, wanting a longer term arrangement.

short story
A tidy short story concerning a Domme and a potential sub/lover. This story is hell bent on educating you about the equipment being used for BDSM so it's great for a novice BDSM reader. For others it will feel like you're being preached to. It's a very short story so don't expect chemistry and tension. But it is a romance and dual POV.
The dual POV makes it difficult for any single narrator, and here, being a male narrating as a woman, it felt a bit creepy. That said it's an ok short if you're starting out in your search for BDSM romance.
