This is the best modern adaptation of Jane Eyre that I have heard. Loved it as much as the original, it was still unique even though it was stayed close to the original. I was able to connect with all the characters as their truths came out. Look forward to more from this author.

tge atoey libe was very romantic and thrilling to read. it felt a bit awkward sometimes the way she gave in immediately without hesitation but i liked it a lot and i highly recommended.

I really enjoyed this book, the characters and the story, a nice bit of fantasy to lose yourself in. Although being British honestly we don't all talk like this but it's ok I loved it anyway

The voices were shocking. Story was no better . I tried to listen to this, and sometimes I just laughed it was so bad

Not worth the time

The broad outline of the book had so much potential, but halfway through I couldn't listen to it anymore. The accents are horrible and ruin the experience. The dialogue made no sense and the story was downright confusing and frustrating. Don't get me wrong, I'm a big fan of "why choose" and "Taboo" books, but the relationship between the FMC and the MMC'S made me uneasy. There is too big a difference in the balance of power between the characters. There is no love, only lust. I tried to finish the book, but I had to DNF it.
