Kinsley was married to an abusive man, but she stayed because of the hold he had over her. These two were perfect together. Kinsley has been through so much and is stronger than ever she realizes and Ashton is determined to protect her and take the sadness from her eyes. I loved everything about this book. It’s so realistic in the details. I love a well balanced storyline, great action, chemistry and personalities. Sarah is amazing at bringing these wonderful characters to life. I need more stars!

wow... I love Sarah Puckett. The combo of her voice and the wonderfully written words of C.A. Harms was everything. This book will be going onto the relisten list. The book is well written. The characters are multidimensional and so easy to love. the story is just so exciting and I have no words. This is a definite must have and I will be looking for all the others books in this series.

Rush by CA Harm and narrated by the very talented Sarah Puckett is a story of abuse and the woman that was strong enough to get away and build a new life, and a man who pursued her, but upon finding evidence of her past was judgmental till realization made him see his error.
This story has strong characters and a wonderful storyline.

Another great heartfelt story by C.A. Harms, it is well written, well told and a bit of an emotional rollercoaster at times. The storylines and characters are interesting and well developed. The lead characters were likable and had great chemistry. I admire Kinsley’s strength and bravery to get out of her bad situation. Ashton, is one alpha of a man, but he was so good for Kinsley, though a few things he did pissed me off he did the right thing in the end. Shout out to some of the secondary characters, Lex, loved his personality, loved Ashton’s brothers personalities too, especially Know, I am looking forward to their stories. I highly recommend this book, it is enjoyable and entertaining. There is drama, angst, twists,a bit of suspense and a whole lot of Romance! Domestic abuse is not an easy topic to cover but C.A. Harms did a wonderful job with it, not everyone gets a happy ending but I like I did for Kinsley I would root for anyone who is in situation like hers. Thanks for this great story C.A. Harms! I hope the rest of the series makes to audible soon.

I listened to the Audible edition, Sarah Puckett is an awesome narrator and voice performer. She brings the characters to life, gives them their voice as well as heart and personality. She is an entertaining storyteller and a pleasure to listen to. Thanks for another great listen

Kira Masterson, formerly Kensley Hilman, has been beaten down by her husband Jase for years and she allowed it to happen because Jase could afford to take care of her I’ll father... he is mean and controlling and feeds off of her fear and tears.

She finds out, completely by accident that her father has died... Jase never told her. The woman who tells her about her dad figures out she is abused and helps her get away. The woman’s nephew hides her and keeps her moving for 6 months until she settles in New York...

Ashton Montgomery meets Kira when she serves paperwork from the law office she works at.... He’s smitten by her immediately! She fights the attraction.... but eventually she gives in .... and they fall in love.

There are many more twists and turns to this story ... and they are good ones! I enjoyed this very much and it’s one I will listen to again!

Sarah Puckett has one of THE most expressive voices in the industry. She does SUCH a great job with these characters and their emotions! Should read the phone book and I’d listen to it!!!

Sarah Puckett was amazing in narrating this book. I’ve come to expect nothing less from her. She conveys emotion and distinguishes between characters flawlessly.

Kinsley is easy to love and empathize with as she struggles against Jase’s control; Jase is a monster, Ash is perfection, and Lex is one of my favorite supporting characters! The chemistry, the struggle, and the ending all made for a wonderful story.

I absolutely love the strength the heroine shown from page one. To stay in a relationship like that because you believed your father was benefiting takes a lot of courage and strength but to leave when the opportunity rises takes even more. I’m so happy that she finds her HEA in the end. If you enjoy storylines that have strong characters that overcome a horrific past, you’ll enjoy this book. As always Sarah did an excellent job with the narrative.

This book was a story of finding yourself again. Kinsley is married to a wealthy businessman. He is abusive and mean. He holds her captive to him. He uses her father's illness to keep her inline. She happens to hear her father died from a stranger.
The rest of the story had me on edge waiting for the husband to pop out.
While she is off in a new city and new identity, she falls in love with Ash. With Ash's help she truly finds herself again. Ash finds out her hidden secrets. He enlists his brothers to help take down the husband and his dad.
This story was tears, Joy's, heartbreaking moments. I was mad and sad... I can't wait for the next book.

Sarah Puckett has become one of my favorite narrators. She does a super job on characters. Her voice is smooth, easy on ears. If you haven't listened to Sarah yet what are you waiting on.

What a whirlwind of suspense, secrets, smut and redemption! I truly enjoyed this story about Ashton Montgomery and his love interest Kinsley!

She was on the run from her abusive husband, he was a “hit em and quit em” playboy entrepreneur. But the electric charge between the two at first meeting was undeniable! Soon they found themselves falling so hard for one another, but it was all built on a bed of lies.

Ashton would eventually find out what Kinsley was hiding. After falling apart, piecing himself back together and admitting his wrong doing, he vowed to help her get the justice she truly deserved.

Sarah Puckett did an amazing job narrating this steamy romance book!
