when I saw the blurb for this book it sounded right up my alley so when I got a chance to review it I jumped , the storyline was good but sadly a for me anyway a little predictable, I struggled with the narrator's voice and would recommend the ebook more than the audio bit try a sample first don't just take my word for it , this is just my opinion, there seemed like there could have been more storyline involving the ex fiance if it had been sooner on in the story or a longer book , I did like the characters bit there was a lot missing like the best friend who was a key character at the start of the book but then just disappeared, I hate giving 3 star reviews especially when an author is new to me , I really wanted to love this book , I wouldn't write the author off completely however and will give their other books a try

I loved the story, but it would more enjoyable if the narrator’s voice didn’t sound like someone’s grandma and if she would put a bit of acting into her narration.
