About this listen
After many years of exploration, Diana Richardson found that the ancient practice of Tantra, with its unique, intelligent approach to sex, had the effect of enhancing intimacy and deepening love. Here, she has adapted Tantra for modern Western lovers in a practical, sympathetic way. Tantric sex can transform your experience into a more sensual, loving, and fulfilling one.
First published in 2003, the best-selling Heart of Tantric Sex has become the standard in its field.
Contains mature themes.

The details on female tantric properties were complete news to me and I wish I had known them sooner. I experimented with the idea of poles and the breasts/heart as a center for sexual energy with a new woman and it seems to hold true in my currently limited experience.
The story gets 3 stars because the author spends the rest of the book having poorly supported opinions and making spurious connections. It does describe things from her perspective, but these observations really only track if you have a similar history of sexual experience as her. I think there is a lot of unconscious bias that drives her conclusions and I think she ventures a little out of her depth in the remaining half to two-thirds of the book.
Essential reading for the first half.
