А мечтает Емеля о собаке. Однажды в парке он знакомится с необыкновенной, замечательной собакой по имени Растяпа и меняется, как по волшебству. Потому что теперь Емеля хочет только эту собаку и ради нее готов на все! Но вот беда - у Растяпы уже есть хозяйка. Или не хозяйка?
