I question whether I'm a senior yet....my kids think so. Anyway, this book is great! I love the easy exercises to help me gain strength and balance! This is it! I go to the gym a few times a week and when I can't get there, these are the kinds of exercises that can keep me going and keep me on track. My goal is when I'm older (retired, etc) I can still do things on my own and not rely on anyone to do simple tasks for me. This book addresses what happens to your body as you age. Even how to deal with chronic health issues. This is an all inclusive book, grab this for your personal library!

My mom’s been nervous about doing any kind of exercise, especially strength training, but the routines in this one somewhat changed that. We work out together and we really like how the short sessions are easy to stick to and don’t feel like a chore. The instructions are also simple, and there’s no fancy equipment needed.
