About this listen
In this audiobook with 10 different mystery and crime stories, you’ll enjoy the following short listens:
- A somewhat humorous story about a spy who finds out that the truth is entirely different from what he expected it to be.
- A gangster who scams, steals, and evades the cops but turns out to be someone completely opposite of piece of scum he appears to be.
- Notes from a mobster who falls in love with the boss’ daughter (not a good idea).
- A cozy witch mystery about a young witch who discovers a beauty potion, something that may come in handy or may be too dangerous to give to anyone.
- A classic investigation with a detective who interrogates murder suspects with a twist ending.
- The writings on the wall predict the next victims. What has happened here? And will the main character be next?
- A werewolf is in town. The main character suspects her boyfriend. But is it really that simple? Listen and find out.
- An entire monument has disappeared. A magical force is at play. The future of the city is at stake.
- Ghosts in the city. A magical violin and a strange power from the underworld.
- A college girl who can command a whole army of monsters must be special. At first, she doesn’t think so, but eventually, she finds out what her true talent is.

Be aware....Children's book...
At best this is a children's book. I wanted to return it as it's quite hard to listen to but it was my mistake for not doing enough research on the author or book.
No sentence is longer than a handful of basic repetetive words. Quote..
"Giro walks home past familiar streets in his neighbourhood. He knows what's hes done. Hes scammed numerous people out of money. Hes not happy. But he has a goal. When he gets home he counts his money again and is thankful he can pay the rent ahead of time. He relaxes and practices meditation for a long time"
It's either lazy or for children. Like I say its hard to listen to but the narrator was pretty good and added a jackanory style to the book. I tried 2 stories and that was it, no more..lesson learnt.
Maybe good for young children...certainly gives hope to unpublished writers.
