As a parent and with children, my wife found this very useful. It is sad that she didn't find this audiobook earlier as it would have made a huge difference. The affirmation and notion of peaceful birth is a must as labour can be very difficult. I truly enjoyed this.

Beautiful relaxing affirmations. The voice of the narrator is very soothing and straight away you feel calm and peaceful. Love listening to the affirmations in this book. It is ideal for listening in the mornings to bring you into an uplifting mood and calm mind, or late at night before you go to sleep. Highly recommended. it makes a great gift, too.

I got this book to share with my neice who is struggling with her pregnancy at the moment.
The author has put really lovely but powerful affirmations and declarations that reminds us how amazing we are as mothers.
