Reneé A. George is an author, speaker, and the creator of Exercise 4 Life LLC, to help meet the needs of all and especially herself. Reneé felt like all was lost after her car accident. Helped through her challenges by prayer and guidance from Jesus, Reneé eventually decided to transform her tragedy into triumph and create an inspirational guidebook. It was intended to lift others out of the darkness and into the light that comes with healthy eating and exercise.

Reneé shares a multitude of low- impact exercises accompanied by inspiring quotes and scripture that invite participants of all levels of fitness to begin moving to reduce stress and achieve a healthier lifestyle.
