Anxiety Relief
I’ve gone through plenty of sleep aids, but this meditation is in a league of its own. With the guided sleep hypnosis I fall asleep quicker and feel well rested, afterwards. That alone makes it worth every minute. Helps with anxiety and general well being as well

Highly recommended
I have a hard time with meditation, but this guided book has changed that. I usually get distracted or don't feel any benefits from the meditation but with these sessions it feels like you are being put into a trance. It makes it easy for me to remain in the meditation and to feel calm and ground in each session. The length of the meditations are just right as well, not too long and not too short. Highly recommended

Well written
Couldn’t recommend this more. easy to follow. You can tell there is real change within you. I feel genuinely uplifted, and I’m finally getting proper sleep. It’s soothing and makes me feel like I am truly taking the time and effort to care for myself.

I wasn’t sure about hypnosis, but this book is gentle and so effective. I now have a meditation habit and I come back to this book every time I need to drop into a meditation. Amazing for sleep and anxiety. Even the other mediation not meant for anxiety seem to help me maintain my anxiety levels.

Effective guide
I turn the sleep meditations on almost every night. I wish there were even more in this book. It has helped me sleep so much better. The narrator's hypnotic voice really does the trick. It really works to melt the stress away.

Helpful guide

Beautifully Simple and Effective
This is by far the best guided meditation I’ve found on Audible. I struggle with racing thoughts, but the narrator’s voice somehow pulls me into a calm, focused state. I’ve started listening during the day to help with anxiety. Self love meditations are becoming my favorite.
