Highly Recommend
What a great audiobook. I't's so well written and narrated. Very easy to follow and understand. The author has given you so much great information. She gives you the botanical names and the common names of each plant. Describes what each one looks like and what their health benfits are. How to forage them, what are the best seasons for each, where to find them, how to clean them and how to store them. I have learned so much from this audiobook like did you know that if you're pregnant or on blood thinners you can't eat Cattails. I love the PDF that you can download and print so you can use as a reference plus 3 other gifts that comes with it. Can't wait to start my foraging journey. Highly recommend for anyone that wants to live a healthier life and save money doing it.

Awesome guide for sustainable living
The book covers a wide range of edible plants, from common ones like dandelion and wild strawberry to lesser-known ones like chickweed and cattail. What's great about this book is that it includes clear and detailed descriptions of each plant, as well as tips on how to prepare them for eating.
As a power vegan, you'll love the emphasis on sustainability and environmentally-friendly practices in this audiobook. The author stresses the importance of only taking what you need from the wild and leaving the rest for wildlife and future foragers.
The narration is engaging and upbeat, making it a fun listen for anyone interested in foraging. Whether you're an experienced forager or just starting out, this book is a great resource for anyone looking to connect with nature and eat more sustainably.

The Perfect Beginner Guide
Discover the perfect guide for beginner foragers. The author's descriptive language, even in an audio format, allows you to truly visualize the plants she mentions. With the abundant free resources provided in the audiobook, you can confidently identify and explore these plants. As the author suggests, cross-referencing and further reading are advisable before picking and consuming wild plants. However, after just one book, you'll feel more aware during your nature walks, noticing and understanding the plants you encounter. This book opens your eyes to new possibilities and enriches your time spent in nature. Highly recommended!

Great Book.
The narrator, Naomi, brings the book to life with a pleasant and enthusiastic reading style.
Also, you really get your money’s worth when you purchase this audiobook, because there are four free bonuses included! You get access to the PDF version of the book, with detailed botanical sketches and color photos. A list of foraging books is provided for further research and a list of Facebook groups focused on edible wild plants and sustainable living. And my favorite bonus - a printable Forager’s Field Notes and Photo guide that I can take with me on foraging expeditions instead of filling my backpack with ID books.

Make the World Your Garden!
This fantastic book enthusiastically introduces readers and listeners to a whole new world of abundance that defies food shortages and depression and brings them back in touch with the Earth in the tastiest of ways. Not only does the author help beginners open their eyes to the incredible range of forageable foods in their own neighborhoods, she outlines a process that is both safe and successful. She also cultivates a poetic and satisfying connection to nature within the mind of the reader that inspires you to immediately take this guide into the field. I especially loved the "Did You Know" section of each chapter that is full of fascinating historical facts about each plant's origin and its many uses. Additionally, the "Wholesome Goodness" section not only praises a plant's nutritious qualities, it also explores artistic and valuable medicinal uses. I felt I was gaining a sincere appreciation for each and every plant! I also applaud the way to author promotes responsible harvesting, so you can create harmony between yourself and other wildlife that also enjoy these resources, so future supplies will be available to all. This audiobook has an awesome bonus, as well! You can download the entire field guide, complete with sketches and pictures, so you are fully supported and informed on your foraging adventures. Highly Recommend!

Educational, I've learned a lot
This audiobook is a fantastic guide to foraging of edible wild plants. I've learned a lot of things about edible and healthy plants that aren't even always specific to a region either, so I feel people would benefit from this book regardless of where they live. Most importantly, the tips to stay safe while foraging were super useful as well! All in all just in time for the start of the season. Great book!
