Excellent page turner
I started this novel off the back of a couple of painfully boring reads. This was anything but. Strong, female led cast and a good narrator.

It took me a little while to realise that the story was about numerous different people and that we were getting to know each one but once I got it, it was great.

Gave up three times before I made it to the end
I really struggled with this one. About chapter 30 it became interesting, but then a bit of a damp squib ending. Good narration.

Very lengthy
I did enjoy this book. But it’s a long drawn out story. I got confused as although the narrator was good, at times all the women sounded the same which confused the plot. It had a good ending but took a very very long time to get to the Murder.

Really needs 4 narrators
It was quite hard to follow which of the characters chapters were being told as the narrator didn’t change pace or tone. Especially as they were all telling the same story from different perspectives
