Summary
After years of working abroad as a chef, Zoe returns to her hometown in Spain to embark on the next step in her career: executive chef in a new hotel. She’s excited to put together a team and create a menu to die for before the hotel opens, but after meeting the building contractor, wounds from her past put a damper on the challenge.
Marcy keeps herself busy. Apart from her day-to-day job as a contractor, she’s either working on her dream home or chasing the ladies. She’s a people pleaser, always friendly and on good terms with everyone, yet the new chef at the hotel she’s renovating can’t stand her, and she can’t figure out why.

ANOTHER FANTASTIC STORY. 💖
Another fantastic beautiful story in sunny spain of sea, sand and love. This is a delightful second chance romance from a one night stand to forever. Learning to love and not play is hard, learning to trust her is harder. 💗
Excellent narration that is a pure joy to listen to.🎶

Gorgeous
I love Lise Gold's story telling. This is so beautifully written. Gold gives the characters such soulful depths and the settings are so evocative - helped of course by the lovely narrator. And I adore the fact that the care of animals features heavily in these stories. Just wonderful.

Beautifully written
I enjoyed both characters and the exploration of each other. Their chemistry and adoration grew more intense as moments and time passed....
The story of Tank... oh my word...melted like chocolate....I loved that...
I thoroughly recommend and enjoyed this Author and will most certainly make my way over to another book she has written or will in time... write
