Great performance. ....
Great narration and instantly engaging, within 10 mins I was hooked. Ultimately I felt the book was a bit overlong, but an enjoyable listen nonetheless. ...

Another great book by Jonathan Harvey
This is the second of Jonathan Harvey's books I've listened to and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Lots of twists and turns, most of them fairly predictable but even then still totally engaging and enjoyable.
I loved the voices Leanne did for each of the characters, even though some of the accents left a lot to be desired! Ming was my favourite voice.
I'm looking forward to my next instalment of Jonathan Harvey's back catalogue and will be disappointed when I run out of titles!

Warm, witty and wonderful.
This was a joy to listen to from start to finish. I loved Jodie McGee and her eccentric family and friends. In fact, it's hard to believe that the book was written by a man, as women everywhere will relate to the ups, downs and disasters in Jodie's life.The characters are really well drawn, and there's plenty going on - I did loads of housework after getting my download, just to have an excuse to listen to it!
There's a section towards the end set in France which seemed a bit random - almost a space filler - but as it was entertaining, it didn't really matter.
Sequel please Mr Harvey!

Good fun, brilliant narration
What made the experience of listening to All She Wants the most enjoyable?
The narrator was great. Added real character to the story.
What other book might you compare All She Wants to, and why?
It is chick lit so Sophie Kinsella and the like are very similar. Having said that it was a good story with great characters.
Which scene did you most enjoy?
The wedding. You sort of know whats coming but it is a great section.

Only for the British public
I strongly recommend to listen to the sample provided before buying this book. Listening to it, you might think you're hearing Cheryl Cole. If you like Cheryl, it's ok. If not, look for something else or buy the paperback.
The very thick accent of the narrator combined with heavy-drinking jokes that can only be understand by a British born and bred public, make this listening approachable only to a very exclusive audience.

Loved this book
If you could sum up All She Wants in three words, what would they be?
Funny, moving, Scouse!
What other book might you compare All She Wants to, and why?
It was not my typical read at all but after several crime thrillers I thought I would try something lighter. It reminded me of a Carla Lane sitcom.
What does Leanne Best bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you had only read the book?
She managed to bring the characters to life in such a way you felt You knew the family.
Did you have an emotional reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
I got a couple of strange looks as I laughed out loud listening to this whilst walking the dog.
Any additional comments?
A really enjoyable listen. Has made me want to listen to more like it.

Wow .. not what I expected but LOVED it!
Wow .. totally not what I was expecting (usually read romcom,s ) but this story gripped me completely! Loved it .. made even better by Leanne & her amazing narration ! Fab !
