You just can't go wrong with Jill Mansell books, there is always such warmth in her writing. Easy reading that never lingers on the difficult parts of life but instead lifts her readers spirits.

Wish I’d been on a sun lounger in Greece to listen to this as it would’ve been a perfect holiday tale but alas mostly at home in lockdown and on muddy walks. However this did brighten my days and the aforementioned muddy walks as a romantic story and easy to listen to tale.

This is the first book I have listened to be Jill Mansell as I usually for a thriller but I absolutely loved it. I now can’t wait to download another.
