About this listen
As an a'ani warrior, my life matters little. Cloned from the same matter as thousands of others, I am but one of many. Here on the ice planet, though, I can start over. I can become my own person, have my own needs, my own wants.
I know what I want. I have known since the moment I arrived.
Her name is Angie. She is human, with sad, lonely eyes, and a very pregnant belly. To her, I am not just another clone. I am Vordis, the one who laughs at her jokes, tends to her needs, and makes her smile. I will do anything to make her mine.
But my brother and fellow clone Thrand thinks the same way, and he's just as determined to win her. Will I have to destroy my bond with my brother to win my female? Or will he cause a rift between us that's impossible to mend?
Contains mature themes.

Excellent story
I’ve loved the multitude of IPB stories I’ve listened to and this one was particularly great. When the MMC & MFC were sorting out their confusion near the end, I was sobbing with happiness at their happiness. Great narration too.

Some differences
This series is in the same planet as Ice Planet Barbarian but there are more female humans and different aliens too. This book mmc is red 😂 and more human like in appearance but quite robotic in behaviour (it's explained why), but as always he is a massive, not cinnamon roll who is devoted to her.
The entire surprise pregnancy trope takes an entire new level here as she wakes up, some time, long after her abduction from earth, already heavily preggers. 😱😳 there is a ton of internal angst and external drama before they finally get together and have some spicy happy fun times.
There are some funny parts too (the pickle misunderstanding cracked me up).
Great narration too.
Free on ku and audible plus catalogue too.

Drawn out and melodramatic
This is a great story from POV of the guy, the female character is just too whiny, insecure, depressing. She keeps thinking she's all alone but she doesn't initiate taking to people.

Gosh - Angie is such a whiny silly little thing!
Main female character doesn't really deserve male character - she just whines and never really appreciates his reality or ask questions. Silly, vapid and undeserving of both the beautiful girl and Vordis.
