I realized quite recently that I suffer from anxious attachment torture myself daily with sill things that most people don't bat an eyelash over. Wondering why some people in my life would take too long to respond back to a text from, including my partner, would drive me insane. I would start to question myself if I had done or said something to upset them. Were they just busy, or were the avoiding me in the moment? Overthinking conversations with my partner trying to decipher if there were other meanings behind what they said to me. It was taking a toll on me and is mentally draining.
