It is a testament to the writing, world building, characters and storylines that even at book 16 of this series, I am still enjoying it as much as ever. Especially when it is Elena and Raphael.

So as not to give any specific spoilers. I'll just say some things from earlier books get resolved and we are given more understanding to how things work and happen along with the books new story line.

Already wishing on and waiting for Book 17.

This has to be one of my favourite books of the series. But I can’t help but feel it’s saying THE END and that breaks my heart because this is one of those series I never want to end.

Happy to finally learn of Jesamys wings. Narrator skills are of the chain, such a large cast. Good book, not a gripper. I have all the books, however, the last few have not been ‘wows’ for me. Looking forward to the next Pay-Changeling book.

To be back with Elaina and Raphael is like being home. The comfort, the fun and all the excitement.

Nalini never fails.

I did find this one to be faster paced than the usual however that did not stop me enjoying this ever evolving world and all its weird and wonderful it has to offer.

The suspense had me on edge. The end had me crying the whooping in sheer joy.

the love between Elaina and Raphael is explosive and I will never bore from their connection. I'm praying despite the odds they have a mini soon because over protective Rapha as a poppa? LORDYYYYYY that would be everything.

I loved the new face and I'm excited to see where it goes with him. The fascination he had with Elaina had me curious ad to what could be on the horizon.

Keir had me on EDGE.

So many wonderful characters!!!
