All the practical information is here that any beginner would ever need, but more experienced adepts will also find the theory and case studies of great interest. Astral experiences are put forward as proof of reincarnation and the immortality of the soul, and the author hopes his book will help to ease readers' fears and grief about death.
The sound quality is rather dull, but clear. The reader has a fairly pleasant voice and is easy to understand for the most part. Unfortunately, he seems not to be engaged with the text and occasionally garbles it. There are several instances where a phrase or sentence is repeated, and he often mispronounces simple words such as the name Sylvia or the stones lapis lazuli and malachite. The worst such problem occurs with the word "causal" (relating to causes), which he reads as "casual" throughout the book.
As long as you can forgive the lapses in narration, this is a fine book for anyone interested in the theory and practice of astral travel.
