I've read a lot of books on Ayurveda but this one was very difficult to listen to. I'm not sure if it was the narrator, but it had a bit of a condescending and judgmental tone to it. There are much better books on the topic out there which are written more in line with modern life and realistically incorporating the practice into your day.
