A Great Guide for Seniors
The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I liked that the exercises didn’t require any special equipment. They could be done at home, using just a chair or a wall for support. Safe exercises for Seniors
This book is great to get moving and starts off with keeping things simple and safe. The exercises are not overwhelming and I had fun learning and practicing each. It focuses a lot on building strength and improving mobility step by step and with time I feel I can build up and do more exercises everyday, which makes this customizable as I get stronger. The tips for staying confident and independent were encouraging and motivating.

Great Listen
I actually got this book for my mom who at 71 still does not consider herself a senior. Nevertheless, I listened to it first because I needed to know what it said so i could help her with it and encourage her to do it. I found it easy to follow and relaxing. I hope she will actually do it.
