This audiobook is life changing

I've been a chiropractor for 24 years, and I can tell you that there are so many people struggling with adrenal fatigue and it's become worse over time. This happens because our lifestyles have become so full of stress, and it's easy to deplete the hormones the adrenal glands create when we are under stress. I feel like this author did an amazing job of explaining what adrenal fatigue is, how it develops, and her recommendations for natural treatments were spot on. I really appreciated that she took a holistic approach in her recommendations, and that she provided so many different options to help improve the condition. There's so much great information here, and if you are struggling with adrenal fatigue, I think you'll find this to be very helpful.

Much needed resource

Great Book

We all at some point in our life, may feel stress from work or house work. In this audiobook, I learned actionable steps to begin feeling better.
