A useful beginner's guide to allyship

The author provides helpful guidance to male allies for women, and appears to genuinely want to be an ally to people more marginalised than herself.

This is obviously an ongoing learning process, but her good faith shines through.

Unfortunately, the quality of the recording was terrible, which made it difficult on occasion to make out what was being said.
