Evocative and imaginative
I loved this book and the narration was excellent. The way she describes nature and landscapes transports the reader straight into that world. Wildlife and emotion are so well observed. Just brilliant.

Beautiful narration
A slow slow novel but with beautiful descriptions. Really disliked main character Birdie and her irresponsible parenting
