Jo Nesbo excels again.
As cold and dark as it's setting, " Blood Ties" is compelling and riveting. Another winner from Jo Nesbo.
Sean Barrett's delivery is perfect for Nesbo's novels.

Excellent Book and performance
Jo Nesbo becomes more skilled and inventive with every effort. A brilliant performance as always and an engrossing new subject in the Kingdom series making one understand and identify with the multiple murderer. Highly recommended

Liked from beginning to end
Continuation of story with The Kingdom characters. Not so good I must say, but very good at the same time. I like Jo Nesbo's style and black humor.

Concludes the story of Roy and Karl but maybe a bit too neatly
It was great to catch up with the world of Roy and Karl again. Roy is one of the great characters who while being an out and out sociopath still is able to generate sympathy. The narrator again is superb. My only criticism is that it tried to tie up all loose ends a bit too neatly for the happy ending

Unusual
An oddly compelling listen, almost a reluctant pleasure. Can’t quite explain why. Likewise I can’t say I enjoyed it exactly but I’m glad I listened to it.

Outstanding book
Simply outstanding, really makes you think. Fantastic totally compelling story. But leaves the reader not really knowing what to think about Roy the lead character. Didn't want it to end!
