I must admit that this was my first (serious) contact with Buddhism... and so I was probably enlighten to have this choice, an amazing piece for my first experience. Loved it, went through it twice, and still plan to revisit.

This is a very good book explaining the philosophy of Buddhism. It does not focus on history or traditions, but rather essence of the wisdom that Buddhism pursues

As a psychotherapist I found this book fascinating how the Buddhism theory links to the Humanistic approach to the here and now. A great read will definitely be listening to this again and maybe again after that. The narrator was very easy to listen to, great job.
