What a ride! Great narration and the story was just the right amount of complex and twisty. Love the angst and the bits and pieces of humour thrown in. Loved it. Already have book 2 ready to go.

While I appreciate the effort that went into this book, I found it to be a bit lengthy, which made it challenging for me to stay engaged. I struggled with the timeline, as it felt unrealistic and detracted from the overall believability of the story. For example, having the main character crash a wedding at 39 weeks pregnant and what took place in the timeline felt a bit far-fetched. Additionally, I didn't find Matvey to be a very relatable character, and I think April could benefit from further character development to make her more compelling. Overall, it seems like an interesting story, but I believe the series might have been more effective as a single book rather than two parts. I won't be purchasing book 2
