These chair yoga exercises and poses have been very beneficial for me. They are easy to follow, simple poses and I can feel a difference after doing them. I am a senior and I work from a desk most of the day, so the chair poses are perfect for me. I am incorporating them into my daily habits at work and at home. As I am getting older I have noticed that I am stiff and my muscles are tight and achy. Since I have been doing this chair yoga program, I am loosening up and I feel like I have more energy as well. Great book!

At first glance I thought evereything shared in the book was useful, but as I really got my elderlies to try the moves, the results were not what the book has said. There are even an aspect of if the moves are safe for them or not. I would be very careful sharing information like this.
