Exercises were explained well!

The excercises were very easy to follow in this resource and the explanations of why they were beneficial was very helpful! A 10 minute routine was intoduced and this duration doesn't seem overwhelming for someone who is just getting started. A very helpful resource!

A Fun Way to Stay Active with My Parents

I got this book to help my parents stay active. It has been a great experience for all of us. The 10 minute routines are simple but effective.
