Finally Made Sense of Things

A great book to take on your childhood trauma

This book explains how childhood trauma sticks with you and gives real steps to start healing. Rediscover your best self

If you are looking to learn how to heal from your past, this audible is for you. It expands on how many times we wear a mask to cover our true feelings, fearful that we may expose ourselves to others. Many will choose alcohol or drugs to ease the pain. I have seen this happen in many cases. I believe the fact that as we heal past wounds we regain self worth to leave the past behind. Who doesn’t want to move toward a brighter future?
