I enjoyed this audiobook and found it both informative and entertaining. The book covers stories from the author's experience managing low-income housing tenants. The author shares valuable learning lessons, e.g., a list of items not to include in the flat when renting out, as they always need fixing, to advise around choosing a great management agent. The stories and accounts are entertaining and fun to listen to, although some of the situations described are extreme and surely stressful when in the middle of it - highly recommended if you are a property investor, have been a property investor, or are considering investing in property.

Although it's a mix of many stories on other people, looking at it (or listening to it) from a real estate investor, especially a rental property investor's perpestive, somehow it's a great learning material for me. I just started investing into rental units not long ago. and still in the phase of learning and building my experience. i've talked to quite a few people in the industry. but this book still tells me a lot stories that i haven't heard of. quite fascinating to have found this book. i'd highly recommend it.

This book is straight up insane.. tenants using hot showers to heat their apartments , gang drama , and squatters turning units into their own crash pads, It's chaotic but packed with no BS advice on property managers and avoiding hidden repair costs. Even if you’re not into real estate, the stories are wild enough to keep you hooked.
