About this listen

Connecting Doors is the third novel in the Jessica Taylor thriller series, following Listless in Turkey and Enemy Closer. Jessica Taylor also features in stand-alone erotica Covid Blues and Twos.

Connecting Doors is a locked room murder mystery, with some adult references, and reflects real situations experienced by the author whilst travelling across India. Onia Fox is a pen name.

People are seldom who they seem. Even Indian summers turn to winter.

Jessica accepts a work assignment to India, far away from her husband, as she works through recent trauma and evaluates their marriage.

A young work colleague catches her eye, a dashing hotel concierge wraps a protective arm around her shoulder, and she forms a close friendship with the au pair staying in the adjacent hotel room. A horrendous crime of international significance occurs behind locked doors. Jessica’s friend appears secretively and unexpectedly to offer emotional support—seen by some as a controlling stalker. The police detectives spread wide the investigation net.
