Having lost my husband early this year I was looking for a guide through my grief, this book was not that. it used the term 'commit' to describe the way a person has passed....you commit a crime you do not commit suicide...dying by suicideis not a crime! personally I would not recommend this book to anyone struggling with their grief after losing someone they love through suicide
