got hooked on grace goodwin a while ago and have gone through most of the ones included in the plus catalog so I thought I'd spend a credit and read this one...worst voice actor's yet. both were lack luster and the gentleman kept changing tempo and inflections making it hard to identify who was saying what and was just jarring over all, and up until now I've liked that they've used a variety of narrators but especially since this is a later book and not "included" I'd expect it to be of higher quality than it is. unfortunately, this being a paid audiobook has made me not want to pay/ use credits for anymore.

3,5🌟 this story is much better and I think it’s because Grace Goodwin can write sweet, overbearing and protective aliens that are completely vanilla much better than she does anything kinky or bdsm related.
The story was sweet, had enough angsts and twists and turns to keep me interested. The spice was utterly boring and quite bland. The narration was good. But if I feel the need to speed up the narration then it doesn’t deserve more than a 3 🌟 rating.
