A lifesaver for sleep-deprived parents!

I picked this up thinking, why not give it a try? I was pretty skeptical at first, but I’m so glad I did! The hypnosis guidance is incredibly soothing, and it helped me quiet my racing thoughts way faster than I expected. RELAXING AND HELPFUL FOR SLEEP

If you struggle with falling asleep, this is definitely worth a try. The hypnosis and calming voice help quiet the mind and ease you into relaxation without overthinking it.
