A lifesaver for sleep-deprived parents!

I picked this up thinking, why not give it a try? I was pretty skeptical at first, but I’m so glad I did! The hypnosis guidance is incredibly soothing, and it helped me quiet my racing thoughts way faster than I expected. I usually struggle to fall asleep because of my toddler, but this made it feel effortless. It’ll be part of my nightly routine starting now. If you’re unsure about hypnosis but desperate for better sleep, I’d definitely recommend giving this a go!

A soothing way to fall asleep

I’ve had a hard time falling asleep at times, and have read about insomnia and used over-the-counter sleeping aids. I saw this book and was curious about using hypnosis. This book is itself an aid to falling asleep as you listen to a very calming voice, which leads you through a guided exercise to relax your mind and body to the background of soothing sounds. After the guided exercise, or hypnosis, an additional 2-hour track of sleep supporting music plays. I recommend trying this if you’re searching for a simple resource to help you fall asleep.

RELAXING AND HELPFUL FOR SLEEP

If you struggle with falling asleep, this is definitely worth a try. The hypnosis and calming voice help quiet the mind and ease you into relaxation without overthinking it. The pacing is gentle, and the background sounds add to the soothing effect. I found myself drifting off before even realizing it! It might take a few listens to fully work, but overall, it’s a great tool for winding down and getting better sleep. Worth a shot if you have trouble shutting off your brain at night!

DOES THE JOB!

Deep Sleep Hypnosis does exactly what it says. The guided, step by step hypnosis is calming without being excessive, like some books are that ruin the experience. My favorite part is the later half of the book (When you get there you'll know). If you're trying to find quality I can stand behind this book.

Immediately calming

this book comes in two parts. One has a narrator and music. The other just has music. i like that I have that choice as sometimes I want to hear a voice and sometimes I don't. Loved the narrator's voice.
