As we used to say, you are what you eat. It makes so much sense to eat well and become healthy. This audiobook discusses how healing works with different nutrients that can repair the body and energize your body. I like the part about anti-inflammatory superfoods which is very practical and useful. Those foods are good for our health and also support the gut health. I also learned about how to overcome cravings and emotional eating.
