About this listen

The year is 2132.

Humanity has forsaken nature for technology, focusing instead on creating The Simulation—a hyper-realistic alternate reality.

Julius, a tech enthusiast, dives headfirst into its worlds, but fractured memories and shifting identities blur the line between illusion and existence.

As each reality feels more authentic than the last, he’s forced to confront a haunting question: if you can’t trust your memories, who are you?

A gripping exploration of identity and the nature of reality, Echoes of Reality will leave you questioning everything

Wow. An epic journey that twists, turns, and gets darker with each layer that is added. Although a novella, the depth found here is next level. Themes of identity, loss, psychosis are at play and the 2.5 hours rushed by in a whirlwind.
Great stuff.

John Eastman does a fantastic job of bringing the story to life for Audible, the subtle changes in pace and tone suit the theme without becoming a radio drama.

The story highlights the questions we all face concerning self and deals with the topic of simulated reality by revealing obvious inconsistencies in time and memory.

I was compelled to keep listening and the 2.5 hours flew by in what felt like seconds!

A great effort
