Looking forward to trying some of these techniques

I have been telling myself for more than 10 years, that I can easily lose the pesky extra 15 pounds any time I want. After all, I've read or listened to countless books about healthy eating, diet, exercise, and I think of myself as a healthy person. But, I have some bad habits that I try to hide from others. They have to do with late night eating while watching TV or reading. This is after I have already eaten my healthy meals for the day. I am not hungry, but I've made this a habit or a treat that I give to myself. The problem is that these late night snacks are not healthy even though my regular meals are. I've started to really get down on myself for not breaking this habit, and that's not good for my long-term happiness. This audiobook by Kitty Barrett has provided me with many new tips and strategies to break this bad habit once and for all.
