Summary
"Enough Already: Time to End the War on Terrorism is a masterly history of these chaotic, tragic and above all futile conflicts, ranging with his usual excoriating accuracy from Mali to Pakistan, from Iraq to Yemen by way of Syria and Libya. Millions are dead, disabled or languish desperately far from their homes as the direct result of our blunders, bewilderment and outright malicious stupidity. Thousands of our own soldiers have died or are disabled. Hundreds more of our citizens have died in the US and Europe in what Horton calls the 'backdraft' of our disastrous actions. Ignore the self-serving memoirs or grandiose academic tomes; if you listen to only one book on the so-called "'War on Terror', this must be that book." (Frank Ledwidge, author of Investment in Blood).

Mandatory listening for all to stop the madness.
Excellent. Hard hitting book on the continuing political manoeuvres, that do not help the populations of the world but only the Governments and their Military Contractors. A must listen for every politician or future politician. It is really is time to say Enough Already to this insane politics.

Excellent research and delivered well!
This book was awesome, Scott’s research and double checking of facts and linking events and politics makes so much sense once he lays it all out, one of the best books on the war on terror, it was all planned, Scott’s a force to be reckoned with!! Thank you

Foreign Policy Bible
I became aware of Scott's work after watching his dismantling of neocon Bill Kristol in a debate on Youtube. Kristol's reliance on half-truths and ideological zealotry was exposed by Horton's forensic knowledge of US foreign adventurism and its calamitous consequences over the past half century or more, and this book covers all of that in detail, from Afghanistan to Syria.
I would recommend the book to anybody who's ever been interested in work by the likes of John Pilger, Noam Chomsky, Seymour Hersh, Oliver Stone or Julian Assange. If you've ever even slightly suspected the destructiveness of US foreign policy in the Middle East didn't begin or end with the Bush family, this book will give you a lot more to think about. It was already 'preaching to the choir' from my own perspective, but even so I learned an awful lot of detail and background which will be a great reference source for years to come.

Brilliant, well researched ands essential
This is the most brilliant, thorough, interesting and subversive account of the war on terror I've ever read, and Scott Horton has instantly become one of my favourite commentators. It's readable, entertaining, shocking and very well written.
