Summary

In einer Londoner Schule wird ein Computerspiel herumgereicht, und wer es spielt, kommt nicht mehr davon los. Auch der 16-jährige Nick beginnt, Erebos zu spielen, und ist fasziniert. Das Spiel kennt seine Ängste und erfüllt seine Wünsche. Doch es stellt auch Forderungen. Um ein Level weiter zu kommen, soll er eines Tages seinen Lehrer vergiften. Nick bekommt Angst und will aussteigen. Doch als er vor die U-Bahn gestoßen wird, erkennt er, dass aus dem Spiel tödlicher Ernst geworden ist...
