Had to listen
Couldn't put this one down. So well read and easy to listen to. Plot plausible for sci fi and lots of action. The personal tales of the characters were carefully plotted and believable. A definite 5star product.

Hard to get into
I've found this book hard to get into. But it gets good at points to keep me listening.
If there are more books I'll give them a listen I think.

Captivating from the start
5*! I could not put this down and finished it in 2 days, rushing back to listen at every opportunity. 5 days to go before my next credit ... I'll never last..... got to get the next in series NOW!

Absolutely gripping, compelling and sometimes funny.
The story is great, there's no 2 ways about it the author is a genius at putting you in the action without overdoing it or sounding ridiculous. What makes this however is the voice performance by the narrator. Brilliant voices and timing throughout. Able to change pace to fit the scene without you noticing. This could have been a BBC for radio play in places. But with significantly better source material! 5 stars all round. My only criticism is that the book doesn't really end on its own but that's because it's a 3 part series so is to be sort of expected. I've just bought the next part too.
