A journey to health!

It contains really good information. I was confused about some points. Is that once a week, month, or periodically? Otherwise, the audible made the quest comfortable!!!

In depth straight forward,alot of information

The narration was excellent the information in depth and informative you'll get broad information that you can take and apply to you're journey in fasting. I have read two books and this is excellent!

Sensible advise concise style.

I will definitely follow this way of eating. Although only one meal a day there is no counting calories and a much more straightforward way of eating.
