About this listen
Fall in love with billionaire Fordham Sharpe and sassy businesswoman Ellery Sinclair in this all-new wrong-place-at-the-right time forced-proximity office romance by New York Times best-selling author K. Bromberg.
One stormy night.
One hotel bar full of stranded travelers.
One available chair next to a charming, mysterious, and sexy-as-hell man.
There was something about him and our conversation that made me feel alive. That made me feel heard. That sparked a fire within me.
When our paths crossed again, I never expected the stranger to be Fordham Sharpe, one-third of the sinfully rich and ridiculously successful Sharpe International Network brothers. Nor did I expect we’d become partners—50-50—in a hotel transformation that dreams were made of.
My dreams, anyway.
To him, I was off-limits. He was my venture partner, and we knew better than to mix business with pleasure. But we had one thing in common—we were both hiding. From our pasts. From unresolved family conflicts. From what really mattered—our hearts.
But as each day passed, our mutual attraction became harder to resist.
We agreed to the partnership to prove our worth to our families, but perhaps we’d only prove our need for something else. Each other.
Are you ready to fall for the Sharpe brothers in K. Bromberg's sexy contemporary billionaire romance series? These books can all be listened to as stand-alones but can be enjoyed as a series as well....

Loved the story

A storm has shut down all the roads leading out of town, in a hotel bar a handful of strangers are stranded, amongst those strangers – Fordham (The university) Sharpe and (Celery) Ellery Sinclair. These two are HEAT from the start! I loved how instant the connection was, the tension and the passion. These two had very intelligent banter, chemistry and they were able to make me root for them from chapter 1
Jason Clarke and Rose Dioro performed the narration for this book, and it was perfection.
Jason did such an amazing job bringing everything we wanted from Ford. You felt every little bit of anger, the want, the need, and the hurt. It was “Just Ford”. Fordham Sharpe the final triplet we get to set our eyes on was everything you want your billionaire book boyfriend to be. He was spicy, he listened, he was hot, tall, smart and he was supportive.
Rose Dioro gave her all with Ellery - She showed us all of Ellerys’ strength, her pain, her fears and her ability to love the one man that she couldn’t live without. I was in complete awe, with Ks’ writing of Ellery. She was so strong, determined and painfully broken in ways that where just so heartbreaking to listen to. I adored how K made sure that Ellery flourished at her own pace. This story did not feel rushed, it was so smooth and just the perfect read.
If you haven’t started the S.I.N series you must. This book is a MUST.

With Fordham, the last of the Sharpe triplets is off the market – and I’m sad the see them go. I adore everything about this series, but Ellery and Ford stole my heart. Both running from family problems, both more alike than either of them thought. Their story has it all – the witty banter, the angst, the flying sparks, the teasing, and ultimately, the giving, but not before already having laid the foundation for a beautifully blossoming bone-deep connection. I am usually one to stay away from billionaire romances nowadays (too overdone imho), but K. Bromberg sucked me right in and made me forget my dislike for this trope in the blink of an eye. I swooned. I laughed. I cried. I definitely recommend!
The narration, done by Stella Hunter and Jason Clarke, two of my favorite narrators ever, was amazing. Their voices transporting and heightening emotions and moods and personalities just perfectly.
Adorable and hot and emotional!

Not only is the story amazing, but so is the narration. The team of Jason Clarke and Rose Dioro are so good, that I listened to this book almost constantly! Clarke gives us that warm, businessman sound as Ford and adds that bit of fiery attraction to his voice, making Ford irresistible. Dioro keeps Ellery all business until she can't, creating her sense of urgent love! Together these two make this narration one that should not be missed.
Love Ford!

This book was very cute! I read this book without reading the first two in the series and I agree with the description that it can be read as a standalone!
I really liked the leads and the whole vibe of the story. It felt like fate kept pulling them together and I just loved it. Nothing like a suit and jacket type of guy putting on jeans and fixing up a building.
This book definitely made me want to read the first two books!
So cute!

🎧📚🎧 And for the wonderful narration, Jason Clarke and Rose Dioro did an amazing job bringing these characters and their story to life and did so with a complete understanding of the characters they were portraying. I loved how they took each role and made it their own, sounding believable in every role they played. Clarke aced it as Ford, grasping every side of his personality, from his grumpy side to his caring side, and Dioro did the same for Ellery, playing her role with perfection. You could hear how much heart they put into their work as they captured their character’s emotions and projected them into their performance, having you feel every single one. These entertaining storytellers are versatile voice artists and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another fabulous listen.

Ellery and Ford are like the mirror image of each other: both work at their family’s company; both have lost their parents; both have brothers. But they sure don’t have the same experience. While Ford has always been valued–at least he thought so until the beginning of the book–Ellery has been bullied by her misogynistic brothers. When they meet, they’re at a crossroads, and somehow they both think that buying the hotel where they spend the night talking is the solution to all their problems and the way to prove themselves. Which lead to a business partnership… and maybe more.
While they don’t admit it at first, the fact that that place means so much to them that they want to save it is revealing. I loved seeing them work together while managing their little fling.
I found Ford’s struggles after his father’s death quite compelling. Who doesn’t relate to someone looking for their parents’ approval. His closure was absolutely beautiful–though it could have happened way earlier in his story, saving him from so much suffering and doubt.
I was more dubious about Ellery’s struggles. Not that I didn’t understand why she wanted to prove herself–that was actually good, fighting the patriarchy and all that. But I really didn’t get why she refused to love. Her reasoning didn’t make sense in my opinion. And since it was the main source of the couple’s conflict, I just wanted to slap her.
Another tiny element in the story made me happy: the use of romance novels to spice up Ellery and Ford’s bed activities. It could have been ridiculous, but the author made it one of the hotest scenes in the story.
But really, what made the book more than acceptable was the narration. The female narrator did a great job, but the male narrator outdid himself in a couple of scenes. Quite an audiobook for a decent romance.

Their chemistry, humour, heat and banter were fun and addictive and the authors' ability to deliver and paint an amazing story in my mind from page one through to the end was flawless. I couldn’t stop listening and was devastated when the story came to an end!
Amazing
