I had not realised initially that there are 2 chapters. the 2nd is the same as the 1st but does not have the 'wake up' section at the end. What I lived about the wake up section is that it tells you to ignore it if you want to go to sleep instead 😀. I continue to listen to this every night

In several affirmation and hypnosis audios that I have purchased the " narrator " sounds like a condescending prep teacher or a robot, the English voice of "get on Apps" is easy listening.
if like me you are new to this "genre" and prefer not to listen for hours but would like to use this as a tool and make some changes this is the one I would recommend.
