Relaxation

I found this relaxing the narrators voice is very soothing, and it’s nice that it assures you that it’s natural not to fall asleep sometimes, there was no pressure to fall asleep which I found very helpful.

too short

good instruction but to short..finishes abruptly..need at least 15 mins to practice and achieve relaxed state or fallasleep
