misleading

it was quite a tough wee book to continue with as it comes across like an essay crossed with a business plan. nothing specific to food/nutrition therapy, mentions at the beginning about obese patients and ill patients but not once do eating disorders like anorexia or bulimia come up. quite disappointing I'm sorry to say

Slightly incorrect title.

When I purchased this book I was looking for a way to motivate my son to eat better. I didn’t really feel this book did that. It is more about general counselling skills rather than tips and tricks on motivating people to change eating habits.

Just didn't do it for me.

struggled to finish and found it very basic and very boring. it just didn't ignite any spark in me.
