Great guide to real estate

This book has all the standard things you need to know about starting to invest in real estate, plus some things I hadn't considered before. It has really clear explanations on things like the escrow process and financing options, as well as legal considerations that I normally wouldn't have thought about. And of course the unique thing that sets this book apart is the deep dive into fractional real estate options as well as just buying properties outright.

Eye-Opening and Achievable

This book was a pleasant surprise. I always wanted to dig into real estate, but I always thought in order to do so, I had to either have a lot of capital or be a time in my life when I could be a landlord. I did not ever hear about Fractional Real Estate, and I am glad I did. I now feel that I can start looking into it because this book gave me a beginner's guide to have confidence in the process. I feel the author explained real estate well and what not to do. I will often refer back to this guide through my venture.

Finding ways to supplement income

Good book

I knew how good real estate investment is and how much potential it has. But I have always been intimidated thinking that I need a big amount of money. so seeing how the author explains and shows that we can start with as little as $100 was amazing!

The book is full of information. real estate investment funds is something new for me and is definietly worth learning more about. The time management tips are helpful especially that I am planning on doing real estate investment while maintaining my 9 to 5 job.
