Utterly Enjoyable
Rarely do I enjoy a book as much as this one. Loved it. Also loved that the author narrated it, for how else can you know the emphasis and tone that the author intended...
So good was the writing that I could clearly picture the characters and so good was the story that I hated it when daily life intruded and I had to stop listening.
Sandi, you MUST write a sequel, these characters are now my friends and I need to know what happens to them.

A real feel good story
Sandy T writes a good story and reads a good story, it made me want to go on listening
Sandy brought all the characters to life, I could see everyone with my minds eye

Charming and witty
I have listened to this book twice through already. It is absolutely charming. Sandi’s narration is perfect and it’s like being part of a family as the story unfolds. Sandi’s books have accompanied me through some very challenging times in my life and listening to her books is like having her there - a funny, reliable ‘friend’ that makes you feel all fuzzy and warm :)

Bloody Brilliant!
What a cracker of a story this was. Absolutely loved it, a delightful story of love, family and friendship, and with a lot of laughs along the way. The characters are all well thought out, there’s just a key group so easy to get to know them all. I found this thoroughly enjoyable and liked Sandi’s narration.

Marvellous story
The storyline had so many surprises. The main characters were all likeable. The narration by Sandi added to the excellent story and her voice kept you gripped. Sad it has to end.
